Here, the local specialty is called "Dago," which is a type of okonomiyaki. The special version is spread out on the teppan and grilled, and the sight of it being flipped over is impressive. You can choose from sweet, spicy, or extra spicy sauce, and it's best to pour a generous amount onto your plate and mix it in. While adding noodles is nice, going without them increases the amount of cabbage, resulting in a lighter texture. Adding cheese enhances the savory flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The finishing touches of fish flakes and aonori (seaweed) also add a wonderful aroma, creating an atmosphere where families and students can enjoy themselves together.
