This shop, quietly located in a residential area, has a pleasant and calm atmosphere. The tasteful interior and spacious counter seats allow for relaxation even when dining alone. The dishes are meticulously prepared, and the grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and sake-steamed scallops with green onions left a strong impression. The sushi made with red vinegar rice, tender octopus, crab miso and cod roe gunkan, rapeseed flowers, anago (conger eel), and tamago (egg) are also delicious. The pairing with drinks is excellent, especially with dry sake. It's also nice that the menu changes daily, and the convenience of being able to park in front of the shop and walk from the station is a plus.
