The flavor of the eboshi roll is sweet and sour to my liking. The combination of ingredients is harmonious and beautifully wrapped in seaweed. It was the first time for me to try ehoumaki with mitsuba in it, and I would definitely like to go there as it seems they also offer meals on the second floor. The three-tiered take-out bento is a great gift for anyone, and the price is reasonable. The chirimen sansho (Japanese pepper) is elegant and has no bitter aftertaste. Overall, the restaurant is highly satisfactory.
