"Izutsuya" is a dining establishment where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes and the unique udon that Kanazawa is known for. Many of the dishes are infused with aromatic broth, making it perfect for those who love a softer texture in their udon. It's a popular spot that you definitely want to stop by while exploring the Tatemachi shopping district, with a steady stream of repeat customers.

This is a shop located at the end of the shopping street, with a pleasant old-fashioned atmosphere. The interior is small and has a calm ambiance. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of dishes including soba, udon, ramen, and rice bowls. I particularly enjoy the gentle flavor of the Chinese soba broth. The noppi udon comes with a generous amount of toppings in a thick sauce, which is delightful. The tempura in the tempura zaru includes eggplant, myoga, shishito peppers, pumpkin, and two shrimp tempura, providing a satisfying variety of flavors.
