Despite being a roadside station, you can enjoy authentic soba. The noodles are thinly cut with just the right amount of elasticity, and the aroma spreads pleasantly, making it satisfying. The dipping sauce for the duck soba has a delightful flavor from the combination of duck, fragrant green onions, and sesame. The vegetable tempura is lightly fried, and you can enjoy it with matcha salt or dipping sauce to change the flavor. It follows a self-service flow where you receive your order when your number is called, and you also prepare your own cold water. There is also a craft chuhai with a flavor reminiscent of cider, which pairs well with soba and tempura.
