The salad includes not only leafy greens but also warm vegetables, making it enjoyable with a variety of flavors. The pasta is cooked to perfection, and the sauce clings well to it. The genovese with shirasu and carrots, as well as the chicken breast in tomato sauce, have a taste that is just right—not too heavy and not too light. The presentation of the prosciutto with figs and marinated kohada is beautiful and delicious. The slight bitterness of the adult pudding and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the chocolate terrine are also impressive. The counter seats are comfortable, and the non-smoking environment is a plus. The thoughtful gesture of serving shared dishes separately is wonderful.
