LA CORDERIE ROYALE

Set within the Mercure hotel, La Corderie Royale offers semi-gastronomic French cuisine with a concise, seasonal menu. Dishes such as duck ballotine or seafood preparations highlight careful technique and creative touches. A blue-toned dining room, light-filled veranda, and views over the gardens and the Charente create an elegant setting, complemented by attentive, personable service.
