It is located in an easily accessible place from the station, and upon entering, you will find a clean shop with a refreshing atmosphere. You can see the grilling area over a spacious counter and enjoy watching the food being grilled right in front of you. The skewers grilled over charcoal have a wonderful aroma, and the strong flavor and bouncy texture of the Enshu black chicken are impressive. There are also dishes made with local vegetables, and the careful preparation makes it enjoyable to eat through the meal. The course is well-structured, allowing you to savor the differences in grilling levels and cuts of meat. The staff's attentiveness is thorough, and I was able to spend a pleasant time until the end.
