San José Castle Restaurant

Set within the restored Castillo de San José, this restaurant combines striking architecture with views over the harbor and a modern, design-led interior. The kitchen offers contemporary cuisine with well-executed seafood and meat dishes, including specialties such as ceviche and slow-cooked ribs. Attentive service and an interesting wine list round out the experience, with tableside flourishes like flamed desserts adding a theatrical touch.
