Angenrou Minamiashigara

We offer authentic Sichuan dishes, and 'Chen Mapo Tofu' and 'Shui Zhu Niu Rou' faithfully recreate the flavors of the region. The spiciness and aroma are exquisite, and the cooking methods highlight the umami of the ingredients. Our menu is diverse, and each dish provides a satisfying taste experience.

Located along a quiet prefectural road, you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. The store, which utilizes a former convenience store building, is a friendly space that you can easily drop by. The interior is clean, and the attentive service from the staff provides a pleasant experience.

It was previously located in Kaisei Town, but moved to the current Minamiashigara City a few years ago. It continues to operate rooted in the community and is well-loved by local people. Even after the relocation, it has been supported by many regular customers with its unchanged taste and service. In the new location, it continues to maintain the same quality.
