The layout allows you to see the atmosphere from outside, making it an easy place to drop in. The small dish that came out first had a gentle flavor, which lifted my spirits from the very first bite. The three types of sashimi had thick cuts that were satisfying to eat, and the richness of the medium fatty tuna was particularly impressive. The seafood gratin was packed with the umami of shellfish and mushrooms, and its appetizing golden-brown color was enticing. There is a wide variety of snacks, including fragrant stir-fried red sausages and fried ginkgo nuts, which pair perfectly with sake. The efficient service from the staff and the calm atmosphere with a television make it a pleasant place to relax, even when drinking alone.
