This shop, quietly located in a residential area of Shichigahama, offers seafood bowls centered around tuna that can be enjoyed casually. The tuna, delivered directly from the Sendai Central Wholesale Market, changes daily, and it's exciting to see whether it will be bluefin or bigeye, among others. On this day, I chose the seared fatty tuna bowl, and the savory aroma and the sweet richness of the fat spread throughout my mouth. The rice, which does not use vinegar, enhanced the natural flavor of the tuna, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. The salad also contained tuna, and even the miso soup, infused with the umami of shrimp, was carefully prepared. There are a few parking spaces available, but the interior has a warm, diner-like atmosphere where you can relax.
