This is a cozy little shop centered around a counter, located on a calm street in Hatsudai. It offers a selection of natural wines, providing clear suggestions for red, white, and sparkling options. The fruity flavors and pleasant aromas are distinctly felt, and the strength of the grapes is exciting. The dishes are crafted with great attention to detail, with items like blue cheese gratin, shrimp gratin, and braised pork pairing excellently with the wines. The friendly female owner manages the shop alone, and when you share your preferences, she smartly adjusts the pace and recommendations. You can also enjoy well-made desserts and shaved ice, all in a warm atmosphere that feels comforting.
