The rotating observation seats change the view little by little, and dining while gazing at the sea feels great. The dishes are beautifully colorful, and I enjoyed sashimi of spiny lobster, flatfish, squid, and tuna. The combination of a plate of low-temperature finished wagyu beef and foie gras was also satisfying. The warm oyster dishes and the creamy flavor of sea urchin were impressive. The morning buffet is spacious, and the seafood bowl where you can choose your ingredients and the French toast are very delicious. The dessert tiramisu also has a variety of options, and you can slowly savor it while looking at the sea.
