Shaved ice in a hot restaurant @ Oji Park | Happy eating good food! Why is it so hot even though it's almost September already! I wish it would cool down already! When it's hot, I want something cold... This year, I ate shaved ice more often than usual... Getting off at Hankyu Oji-Koen Station for the first time. I went to the cafe I wanted to go to, but I had to leave early that day... If I had been a few minutes earlier, I would have made it in time for last order! Damn... ！！！！ Is there anywhere else to go? I'll check, I'll check, I'll check. There's shaved ice! It's hot, let's change to something cold! Akachaya sweet shop The location is a short 10-minute walk northeast from Hankyu Oji Koen The store is located at the corner of the shopping street. When we visited in the late afternoon, there were no guests! I was told that there would be a line for this place, but I was disappointed! The waitress told us that there was a huge line up until a few minutes ago! I'm so lucky! The restaurant has about 10 seats in total. There are tables, counter seats, and a tatami room in the back? Maybe more if you include the tatami room. And it's hot inside! Wouldn't it be cooler outside? Is it to enjoy shaved ice? The shaved ice menu is very simple! I like the clutter, but I guess I'll settle for here. Order Miruku Ichigo, 730 yen. The ice is shaved from miruku ice, so it is fine and very milky! It is soft and fluffy, but there is also a little bit of a crunchy part, so you can feel the ice. When you get tired of it, you can put strawberries on it by yourself! At first I thought, "Is this all there is? I thought at first, but this is homemade and rich! You can also taste the sweetness and tartness of the strawberries, and they go very well with the ice! I think this is just the right amount! Maybe it's because it's so hot in the restaurant, but after eating about half of it, I was drained of water. There was no straw, so I drank it all up, although it was bad manners! It tastes like strawberry milk! Eating shaved ice helped me cool down, but it was still hot!
