From May 1, 2026, we are honored to continue the legacy of Niseko Jingisukan as its fourth-generation owners and to welcome you to our newly opened restaurant.
While carefully preserving the traditional flavors and spirit that have been passed down since the restaurant's founding, we also offer bistro-style side dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients from Niseko, along with a selection of wines by the glass that pair beautifully with our cuisine.
