Slowly - Slowly - Slowly It has been a long time since I have been in the Minoh area! I have a lot of places I want to visit... Among them, I wanted to visit a tea store, Tec-Tec Tea Shop! Drive north on Midosuji all the way and turn left at the end of the street. Inside the store, there is a counter and table seating, and the atmosphere is somewhat relaxing! Handmade muffins and baked goods are lined up on the shelves, making you feel warm and cozy. The menu offers a wide variety of teas! I like tea, but I don't really know what kind of tea it is. I'm going to learn from now on... Foods were sandwiches, toast, cakes, muffins, scones.... I wanted to have a cup of hot tea slowly... But it was too hot on that day, so I had a tea soda. I was also hungry, so I asked for toast! The tea soda was strong and freshly carbonated. No sweetness, so it is refreshing and light! The toast is covered with the jam of the month, peach and banana! This jam is homemade and not too sweet! The toast is soft and fluffy and moist - where is it from? The maple leaf tempura, a typical Minoh dish! It's salty and surprisingly delicious! I used to buy it every time I went to Minoh when I was a kid. I like that you take good care of local products. The staff answered my questions and left me alone in a good way. I was so comfortable that I fell asleep for a while... It was relaxing and soothing! Minoh has so many wonderful stores!
