The cutlet has a light batter that is not heavy, and even if it is thick, it is very tender. The low-temperature finished 'Hore Katsu' has a fluffy texture, and the more you bite into it, the more flavor you experience. The shrimp tempura has a plump texture, and biting into it brings happiness. The set meal comes with pork miso soup and macaroni salad, both of which are delicious. You can refill the rice and cabbage, and the cabbage is crisp and refreshing. You can enjoy tasting brands like Sakurayama pork and Yamagata pork, making it fun to compare them.
