The atmosphere is calm, allowing for a relaxed time. The seafood carpaccio highlights the quality of the ingredients and goes down easily with a light dressing. The crab croquette is fragrant, and the delicious filling pairs perfectly with the sauce, making even the accompanying salad tasty. The grilled kinmedai is rich in fat, cooked to perfection, and has a refined flavor. To finish, a warm soup made from the bones of the kinmedai is served with rice, along with salmon collar, pickles, and salted fish, which was satisfying. The mackerel battera, finished on the spot, has just the right amount of vinegar, and its gentle flavor complements the miso soup, bringing a sense of relaxation.

The interior of the restaurant is calm and feels homely. The mackerel battera is a pressed sushi that is finished after you order it, and the aroma of it being freshly made is irresistible. The fluffy mackerel has a well-balanced tanginess, with a hint of sweetness that makes you keep reaching for more with your chopsticks. The miso soup has a gentle aroma of dashi and a soft mouthfeel. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) highlights the umami of the dashi, making it enjoyable even for those who usually avoid it. The service is gentle, and the seasonal seafood is abundant, allowing you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind.
