This is a small shop with only a counter located at a corner by the river. It has a mood reminiscent of an alleyway, and you feel relaxed the moment you sit down. Grilled chicken skewers and offal are the main attractions, with the heart and skirt steak having a chewy texture that feels fresh. The white meat has a firm bite, and the light sweet and spicy sauce pairs well with it. The yukhoe is topped with egg yolk, pine nuts, and green onions, and when mixed with thinly sliced apples, it releases a wonderful aroma. At the beginning, shredded cabbage is served, and you can choose your dressing, adding to the playful spirit of the owner, making the atmosphere in the shop often lively.
