● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences.
● For reservations of 7 or more guests, please contact us by phone.
● Should you have any specific menu requests or preferences, we would appreciate it if you could also inform us by phone.
【Guidelines for Arrival】
● If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to call us if you’re running late.
● In sessions where only part of the tables are reserved, there may still be guests in other sections; therefore, regardless of circumstances, guests must leave by 13:00 for lunch and 19:30 for dinner.
● As our restaurant operates on a two-session system, we cannot admit guests earlier than their reserved time. Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time.
● Same-day cancellations of course meal reservations incur a 100% cancellation fee. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
● Times Takami, our affiliated parking lot, closed on June 30.
At present, there are no plans for another affiliated parking facility; please use nearby parking options instead.

Tonkatsu Tsuchimoto is a specialty restaurant that brings out exquisite flavors through low-temperature cooking. Their tonkatsu rivals that of top establishments in Sakurayama, and can be enjoyed simply with bamboo charcoal salt or wasabi salt.
