In a cozy shop, you can enjoy tonkatsu in a relaxed atmosphere. The freshly fried coating is light and has a pleasant texture, while the meat is thick and very tender. The sweetness of the fat is distinctly felt, and the rib roast, in particular, provides great satisfaction. The seasonings, such as kombu salt, miso, and wasabi, pair perfectly and enhance the umami of the meat. You can refill the pork soup, cabbage, and rice, allowing you to enjoy your meal comfortably until the end. The side dishes, including the minced cutlet and white braised pork, as well as the dessert, are all well-prepared, and I could feel the deliciousness in every detail.
