This is a hidden gem located deep in an alley. When you take off your shoes at the entrance and step inside, it feels homey and comforting. There are tables, seats by the irori (traditional Japanese hearth), and a space with tatami mats, all of which are very cozy. The freshly grilled red snapper is impressive in size, and the seasoning is just right, while the aroma of the miso soup wafts pleasantly. Various small dishes are served, and the spinach salad and smaller oden provide a nice accent. The chicken-based soup brings out the flavors of the ingredients, and you can enjoy pine nuts, goji berries, and shimeji mushrooms, while the dumplings are packed with meat and very satisfying.
