The private room is calm, and since there is no music playing, we can have a relaxed conversation. From the very first dish, the presentation is beautiful, and the colors are pleasing to the eye. The sashimi is cut thick, allowing for a strong taste, and the flounder and sweet shrimp are very smooth. The combination of the lightly steamed sea bream and the tender turnip was impressive. The grilled fish has a fragrant skin and a firm texture, and I was satisfied with the chawanmushi and tempura as well. The tempura of shrimp, crab, and thick shiitake mushrooms is accompanied by fried somen as a garnish, making it enjoyable to eat.
