In a calm space that makes use of an old building, the earthen walls and old beams are very rich in character. There is also an exhibition area where baskets, handwoven items, pottery, and other works are displayed, making it enjoyable just to look at them. The bowls featuring vegetables from the fields, the quiche with greens and ragout, and the soup with shrimp yam are all carefully made, conveying the deliciousness of the ingredients. The soy milk-based mayonnaise served with the grilled zucchini is creamy and pairs perfectly. The chiffon cake for dessert is light and fluffy, and the monaka is handmade, filled with sweet red bean paste from our own garden, providing a comforting taste. Together with fragrant coffee and jasmine tea, I was able to relax comfortably.
