It's a shop located inside a soy sauce factory, and entering it is exciting. There are seats on the first and second floors, and the staff are kind, allowing for a relaxing experience. Udon is the signature dish, and the broth is milder than it looks, with a pleasant soy sauce aroma. The large kakiage (tempura) is fragrant with sesame oil and is satisfying, filled with shrimp, scallops, sweet potatoes, and onions. You can compare various soy sauces on the table, and the fresh soy sauce and smoked soy sauce paired particularly well. For dessert, we finished with a Baumkuchen and a soft-serve sundae, and the mitarashi-style soy sauce also complemented it well, making us happy.
