In summer, there is 'suttate', where you can choose noodles from udon, hiyamugi, or Chinese noodles, which is exciting. The thinly cut udon has a great texture, and the sesame-flavored miso dipping sauce combined with the flavors of cucumber and okra is the best. In the cold season, there is also 'gojiru' served in a clay pot, where you can enjoy plenty of vegetables and udon in a hot, miso-based broth. The soba is also delicious, and in addition to traditional Japanese noodles, there are ramen and other options, making it fun to choose.
