🍳 * We went to Mr. Anjo in Anjo City... * I thought it was just a regular dandelion omelette. I thought it was a normal dandelion omelette, but when I opened it up, I found green peas and carrots inside 😳🥕🥕... * It may seem like an omelette with a different texture, but it's rare to find such a dish, so I was very happy to see it and the taste was delicious as well. The special demi-glace sauce is also delicious, and you can eat it in small portions! If I have a chance to visit Anjo City again, I would like to go back to this restaurant ≡⊂(^-^)⊃. *

Fluffy omelette rice We came to the restaurant because we were curious about the omelette rice on Instagram. There was a spacious parking lot next to the restaurant and we entered at 11:30 a.m. There was only one customer, so we were guided to a table for four. The exterior looks more like a coffee shop than a café, but there are some miscellaneous goods for sale in the store. Omurice at cafes are stylish, but this is a specialty omelet with a knife to cut the fluffy eggs. The demi-glace sauce is also served in a nostalgic container ( -̀ . The price is 1000 yen with salad and a drink, so it's worth it!
