The aroma of the dashi is strong, and every dish has a comforting flavor. The warm soba rice soup is prepared after ordering, and the umami gradually spreads. The carefully simmered tofu dish is enhanced with yuzu and a hint of spice, making it very satisfying. When enjoying the grilled mackerel with vinegar miso, the balance of smokiness and acidity is exquisite. The stewed and stir-fried vegetables and mushrooms are also gently seasoned, pairing well with beer. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.
