It's convenient to get here without getting lost, right by the highway exit. The calm interior, utilizing an old house, is very comfortable. The handmade soba, made with 100% buckwheat, has a firm texture and feels great going down. The dipping sauce has a sharp flavor that enhances the deliciousness of the soba. The freshly fried tempura is crispy, and it's also delicious when enjoyed with salt. I was able to enjoy seasonal ingredients, and the time spent waiting leisurely was also pleasant.
