The patissier, Mr. Yokoyama, is a three-time consecutive winner of TV Tokyo's "TV Champion Cake Craftsman Championship. The store's signature product, "iwa choux," is said to sell out in the morning on holidays, It has been featured in a delicious cream puff special. Unfortunately, it was sold out when we visited the store, so we hope to purchase it next time. There is an eat-in corner outside the store with about three seats, The interior of the store is quite spacious. It is one of the largest patisseries I have ever visited. The shop is the largest of all the patisseries I have ever visited, and because of this, it carries a wide variety of confections, so you will never get tired of looking at them and will have a hard time deciding what to buy. The customer service is also very good. They even bring the cakes to the exit after purchase. It reminds me of an apparel store. And when you make your purchase, everyone says thank you very much. The cream goes well with the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries and strawberry jam. The custard cream and strawberries go especially well together. Both items are not too sweet, contrary to their appearance, so you can eat as many as you want. The taste is also of excellent quality and satisfying. I highly recommend this confectionery store for its good prices and customer service. I would like to visit again for the "rock puff".
