Located within a commercial facility, it is easy to stop by during shopping breaks. The white rice cooked in a pot is glossy and fragrant, making me reach for my chopsticks repeatedly. The grilled fish is savory and rich in fat, and both the mackerel and the hokke were satisfying in flavor. The cold soba noodles have a firm texture, and the balance with the dipping sauce is pleasant. The steamed vegetables, chawanmushi, small side dishes, and miso soup are all carefully prepared, creating a harmonious overall experience. You can casually refill your self-service tea, and the staff is friendly, allowing for a relaxed time.
