This store is well known by those in the know, and there is a line of people waiting in line every day at lunchtime. You can choose your noodle size. The standard "Kashiwa-ten set meal" is perfect: handmade udon, dashi broth, kashiwa-ten, and rice. The owner has trained in Kagawa and offers superb noodles, golden broth, juicy kashiwa-ten, and the finest rice. It is truly a delicious restaurant.
