The interior of the restaurant has been renovated and is very clean. When you open the lid of the stacked box, a fragrant aroma of the sauce rises up. The eel, steamed and then grilled, is fluffy and has just the right amount of fat, making it melt-in-your-mouth delicious. With condiments like wasabi and sansho pepper available, there is the fun of changing the flavor midway. The gentle dashi soup refreshes the palate. The friendly service from the staff was also pleasant, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a happy mood until the end.
