As I was drawn in by the signboard, I found a spacious and relaxing interior. Just watching the cheerful couple efficiently prepare the dishes puts me in a good mood. The mapo noodles had a pleasant numbing sensation from the Sichuan pepper, and before I knew it, I was sweating from the spiciness. The wobbly tofu and chewy medium-thick noodles were well coated with the sauce, bursting with flavor in every bite. Served piping hot, the time spent blowing on the noodles while eating was also a joy. It's convenient that there is parking available, and I felt that it would definitely pair well with rice.
