When you open the heavy sliding door, you find a charming counter and a raised area that gives a sense of being in a hidden gem, which is exciting. The grilled chicken skewers are roasted to a fragrant perfection with just the right amount of salt, making them very enjoyable. The style of writing down your order and passing it over is fun, and they also serve a portion of pickled cabbage along with the grilled items. The chicken sashimi is seasoned with vinegar and ginger, making it a perfect snack while you wait. Adding a bit of yuzu pepper to the pork belly enhances its aroma, and the spare ribs are so delicious that you’ll want to bite right into the bone. The potato salad has a gentle flavor, and you can thoroughly enjoy the rice balls and the broth flavored with shellfish, leaving you satisfied.
