There is a dignified counter in the middle of the shop, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The sake selection is carefully curated from across the country, with a focus on junmai (pure rice sake) as recommendations. Even without mentioning the brand name, just conveying preferences like 'refreshing' or 'slightly dry' will lead to the perfect cup being served. Each cup has depth, allowing you to slowly enjoy the aroma and aftertaste. The appetizers and snacks are also exquisite, with a balance of saltiness and lemon acidity that enhances the sake. Homemade pickles are also available, making the time spent leisurely at the counter very pleasant.
