You can enjoy French cuisine that highlights the aroma of charcoal, making it exciting from start to finish. The course flows well from amuse-bouche to dessert, and the warm bread served along the way is a delightful touch. The terrine appetizer features a clever combination of ingredients, offering new discoveries with each bite. The meat, perfectly grilled over charcoal, is fragrant and pairs excellently with wine. In particular, the soup made with Jerusalem artichokes and porcini mushrooms was aromatic and a memorable dish. I also appreciate the smaller counter-centered space, which allows for a calm dining experience.
