This is a shop trusted by local soba lovers, where you can spend your time pleasantly. The interior has a relaxing atmosphere, and the large central table is easy to use. The green noren (fabric curtain) is impressive, creating a good ambiance. The handmade thin noodles have a smooth texture that goes down easily, with a nice chewiness and a fragrant aroma that spreads gently. The mori soba is simply served without seaweed, and the sweetness and saltiness of the dipping sauce are perfectly balanced. The cut surface of the green onions used as condiments is also beautiful, and I was able to enjoy it pleasantly and deliciously until the end.
