The dishes are gentle on the body, and eating them brings a sense of relief. The nourishing rice plate, which includes 30 different ingredients, is satisfying with its abundance of vegetable and bean side dishes. I especially love the fried 'field meat' and the soft tofu with soy sauce koji and deep-fried tofu. The tofu mayo salad with okara and vegetables, as well as the kinpira made with dried enoki mushrooms and konjac, have a gentle flavor and are delicious. The desserts and drinks are also enjoyable, with options like black soybean tea, soy milk yokan, a mildly sweet black parfait, and amazake latte to fully savor. The menu changes with the seasons, so there are new discoveries every time I visit, which is exciting.
