We went as a group, and we were seated at just the right time. The appetizer of chicken tofu had a gentle flavor, which was comforting from the start. The miso-marinated egg yolk was rich and deep, while the ume crystal had a crunchy texture that made it easy to keep snacking. We also tried some unusual parts of grilled fish, which had a firm texture and was satisfying. Additionally, the cheese omelet was perfectly gooey on the inside, and the grated daikon with pork and ponzu sauce was refreshing and well-balanced. From gyoza to grilled eel liver skewers, beef tendon simmered in ponzu, and fluffy rice topped with raw egg, everything was delicious and brought smiles.
