It is a calm space centered around a counter near the station. The selection of sake and shochu is good, and you can choose your favorites from the lined-up bottles. The grilled scallops are lightly seasoned with salt and kabosu, allowing their sweetness to spread gently. The anago (conger eel) is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, pairing well with the slightly sweet sauce. The sushi rice is a bit firm, and when it enters your mouth, it breaks apart pleasantly. The hand rolls with spear squid, akagai (red clam), and sea urchin are enjoyable in texture and aroma, providing a sense of satisfaction.
