♡Winebar Matured《Ichigaya》♡♡ ✴︎ Bolognese (800 yen for 1 person / 1,400 yen for 2 people) ✴︎ Mushroom cream sauce (1,600 yen for 2 persons) ✴︎Lamb chops roasted on low (2 chops ¥1,600) ✴︎Various vegetables with turnip crème brulee (1,000 yen per person) ✴︎Tomato soup with five kinds of shellfish (2,000 yen for 2 persons) Mr. in Ichigaya Station. Within walking distance from Kojimachi, Hanzomon, and Kudanshita stations. It is a wine bar where you can enjoy great old vintage wines by the glass. And the food prepared by the owner-sommelier, Mr. Sakagami, is as attractive as the wine. It is a luxury to be able to take out such wonderful food.... The food is vacuum-packed so it can be stored well. Please check the restaurant's Instagram as the menu is always updated as soon as it is sold out. Pattes Loup Chablis 2013 ✴︎Pickled Delaware 85 Amarone is a dandy uncle. He is only 3 years older than me. I guess he's my ideal man. LOL! This day was a delicious paid vacation where I went to Tatsumi's exhibition in the morning, drank, ate, and studied. And it was the day I conquered Chablis. First impact is very important. It is not easy for people to touch again something they once felt "I don't like". However, if you try to touch it with all your might, you may discover something new and discover that you "like" it. ▶︎ Area & Genre Search

I'm very happy to have been a part of the "Médoc Old Wine Marathon" at my favorite wine bar Matured. It has been a great year with wonderful wines and I am so happy to have been a part of it. A Rhone night by myself, comparing Hermitage Blanc and 03 Neuf. North and South, red and white. They are all different and all good. I forgot to take a picture of only Domaine de la Janasse's Neuf, but the view of the three beloved Neufs side by side is a beau site from any angle. Above all, the most luxurious thing was having the master, Mr. Sakagami, all to myself. ▶︎ Area & Genre Search

Mathilde et Yves Gangloff Condrieu 2006 ✴︎Briasavarin with Truffles ✴︎5Year-old Gouda cheese ✴︎Cream cheese with sake lees I came across an extraordinary and wonderful restaurant. Winebar Mature in Ichigaya. They serve excellent wines by the glass. They always have a few old vintage wines. I was surprised to hear that the name of the restaurant is "matured" (aged). I always think, "I want to try this wine, but I don't want to buy a bottle by myself... I always think, "I want to try this wine, but I don't want to drink a bottle by myself..." I appreciate this store. The richness of the lineup is also attractive. I also really like the interior, which is mainly white with soft-colored wood as the base color. The background music is my favorite classical music, which makes me feel at home. Above all, the owner-sommelier is wonderful. I like to spend time with wine in silence, but I also love to talk with the owner, so time flies by when I am talking with him. Ichigaya is not in my living area, and it is not close to the station, but I want to go there often. ▶︎ area&genre search
