As you pass through the gourd noren, a calm space enveloped in the gentle scent of wood unfolds. At the counter, the staff casually engages in conversation, naturally bringing smiles to our faces. The daily special features seafood as the star, with thickly sliced sashimi that is very fresh. The fish, grilled to a fragrant perfection, is plump and makes the rice go down easily. The sunken kotatsu seating is comfortable, allowing us to stretch our legs, and we ended up relaxing for a while. It seems there are also seasonal dishes that change, which is exciting just to imagine.
