This is a Japanese restaurant located in the Castle Color Garden, where the calm atmosphere is pleasant. There are table seats and a tatami room where you can stretch your legs, allowing for a relaxed experience. The specialty horse sashimi is beautiful, with lean and marbled cuts, as well as the mane, and the flavor expands with each bite. The grilled sweetfish is fragrant, and the flesh is plump, leaving a lasting impression. The dango soup, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and ankake tofu (tofu in thick sauce) also have a gentle taste, making the combinations enjoyable. I feel that this restaurant allows you to enjoy Kumamoto's local cuisine all at once and is easy to visit with family and friends.
