This shop has a traditional atmosphere, showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship of the artisans. The premium sushi features a well-balanced arrangement of squid, tuna, and yellowtail, creating a pleasant harmony with the rice. The steamed eel has a fluffy texture, and the subtle sauce enhances its aroma. Among the rolls, the crunchy texture of the squid shiso roll and the refreshing taste of the plum shiso roll were particularly impressive. I also ordered the red miso soup and grilled eel roll, which were warm and fragrant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. It's also a nice point that there is parking space near the shop, making it easy to stop by by car.
