In a calm space utilizing a traditional Japanese house, you can spend time slowly enveloped in a Japanese atmosphere. True to its status as a cultural property, the utensils used are also old lacquerware, adding a lot of charm. A set meal combining creative cuisine and flavors from the Tohoku region is available, and it's delightful to be able to sample various dishes little by little. The castle town set meal changes daily, featuring seafood dishes as well, and the portion sizes were satisfying. The curry udon comes in a thick soup with a well-balanced dashi flavor, pairing well with the noodles and remaining delicious until the end. The small side dishes, such as wild vegetable salads, were all tasty, and the attentive service made for a comfortable experience.
