The seasoning of the lunch plum is excellent. Although the portions are not large, the fried dishes are crispy and not greasy, and the simmered dishes are light but have a strong, elegant flavor. The sashimi is moderately drained and has elasticity and flavor. The bowl of soup has a vegetable miso soup, and the ingredients include cauliflower. I was impressed by the seasoning and appearance of the dish. If I have a chance to visit Nara, I would definitely go back to Lunch Ume.
