There is no NG! I was very impressed with the Ankake Fried Noodles on my first visit, very tasty. This time, I came here for the purpose of having a drink. The welcome was very nice. We ordered Chinese jellyfish, Chinese zangi, dumplings, shumai, fried egg and kikurage mushrooms, and fried rice for takeout. The Chinese pickles are not salty and go well with beer. The Chinese jellyfish has a crunchy texture. The zangi is different from other restaurants around here, deeply seasoned to the core, crispy and juicy, one large piece, but not greasy. The dumplings are handmade from the skin up. The skin is chewy and the filling is healthy, but you don't need to add any seasonings. The shaomai is healthy even when cold, and you can eat it as much as you want. No soy sauce is needed either. The last dish, stir-fried egg and kikurage mushrooms, was aromatic and easy to eat, and I finished it in no time at all. No matter what I ate, I was happy that it was very healthy and guilt-free, without the greasiness of Chinese food. I will visit again. I had the fried rice heated up the next day, It wasn't cloying. Thank you very much.
