The interior of the restaurant is bright and has a good view, and I was able to sit comfortably. The system for selecting items on the terminal is easy to understand, and the staff provides polite support. When I dipped the famous 'doro-yaki' in the broth with a spoon, the fluffy and creamy texture and the savory flavor spread all at once, which was impressive. I also ordered the mini-sized 'omuyaki soba' and a menu item with 'sujikon', allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors little by little, which was delightful. The 'negibuta-yaki' topped with a spicy soy sauce placed on the table had a perfect combination of crunchy green onions and crispy pork. After the meal, I took a moment to relax at the drink bar, and I felt that it was a place where even when full, I naturally smiled.
